　　采用合灣新代CNC數控系統，配備專業CAD-CAM編程軟件，自動轉換加工G代碼，操作簡單、效率高、勞動強度低；
　　運動副全部采用進口導軌、滑塊，X軸采用高精度斜齒輪、斜齒條傳動，Y軸、Z軸采用高精度滾珠絲杠傳動，傳動平穩，有效提高整機精度;
　　工作合翻轉180°?！?0 ～0°～+90°，型材一次裝夾可以實現三面加工，加工深通孔(異型孔)時，通過工作臺翻轉實現深孔加工，提高效率、質量好。
　　采用手動泵供油系統，刀具采用系統控制噴霧冷卻裝置；
　　機床主要部件采用鋼結構全部經過時效處理。

　　When the workbench to flip180°。～90 ～0°～+90°, profiles a clamping can realize three processing. Processing ShenTong hole (heterotypic hole), through the workbench flip realize the deep hole processing, improve the efficiency good quality.
　　Manual pump oil supply system is adopted, and the tool is controlled by spray cooling device.
　　The main parts of the machine are made of steel structure after aging treatment.
