Reliable automatic tool library
自動(dòng)換刀裝置由刀具庫和換刀臂組成。自勤換刀裝置輿機(jī)床分開安裝，目的是防止自動(dòng)換刀裝置運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)的振動(dòng)或其它原因?qū)庸ぞ犬a(chǎn)生不利的影響。選刀采用短路徑固定地址方法。所有的刀具均返回原位，因此有關(guān)大尺寸刀具的碰撞問題僅需在安裝時(shí)考慮壹次。
Reliable automatic tool library
The automatic tool changing device consists of tool library and tool changing arm. Self-service tool changer is installed separately from machine tool in order to prevent the vibration of automatic tool changer or other reasons from adversely affecting the processing accuracy. The shortest path fixed address method is adopted in tool selection. All cutters return to their original position, so the collision problem of large-sizedcutters only needs to be considered once during the first installation. The shortest path is adopted in the two-way tool library.
