High-Performance Automatic Bandsaw HBE663A Performance
Maximum performance for solids and bundles!
The HBE663A Performance is the specialist of the HBE Performance series for sawing material bundles. Due to its double vice and the retracting fixed jaws, even strapped bundles can be positioned precisely. In combination with the robust vertical clamping devices, the bundle is securely clamped during sawing. The feeding gripper can be configured in lengths of 1,500 mm and 3,000 mm for sawing long cut-off lengths.

- Reliable sawing of bundles
is achieved thanks to the combination of double clamping vice, retracting fixed vice jaws and solid vertical clamping devices.
- Double clamping vice
offers process reliability - especially when sawing bundles or making single cuts. The clamping jaws are arranged on the infeed and outfeed side and clamp both the starting material and the finished cut.
- Servo downfeed system
The saw feed is carried out by means of a ball screw and servo motor. This results in significantly shorter idle times and more precise saw feeds. Your advantage: higher cutting performance and longer bａnd life!
- Automatic guide arm
Optimum sawing result without any adjustments - even with frequently changing material sizes.
- Sensitive Behringer cutting pressure control
increases the cutting performance when sawing tubes and profiles, as it automatically adapts the saw feed of the machine to the changing material cross-sections. Due to the arrangement directly at the back of the blade, the system regulates quickly and precisely.
- Auto-Feed-Control
Selection of the material in an extensive material database. The AFC automatically calculates the optimal values for saw feed and cutting speed.
- Robust feeding gripper
Precise material handling of heavy workpieces thanks to the robust feeding gripper with retracting fixed vice jaw. The feeding length can optionally be extended to 1,500 mm or 3,000 mm.
- Economical use of carbide saw blades
due to robust design, use of latest servo technology and well dimensioned chip disposal.

increases the cutting performance when sawing hollow profiles and beams and reduces the formation of burrs.

Optimal chip disposal thanks to the funnel-shaped machine base and the paddle-style chip conveyor with an integrated coolant tank. The ejection height of 800 mm allows the use of large chip buckets.
- Cast iron bａnd guiding parts
are made by Behringer and provide vibration damping directly at the cutting edge, thus increasing tool life.
