| 性能特點 | 該生產(chǎn)線是將較薄金屬卷板整平、剪切成塊狀板材的專用設(shè)備。通常由上料小車、開卷機、托板壓引裝置、 校平主機、活動過橋、導(dǎo)向糾偏裝置、定尺機構(gòu)、覆膜裝置、剪板機、輸送工作臺、氣動排料架、液壓升降 垛料臺、運料滾道臺及液壓系統(tǒng)、電氣控制系統(tǒng)等組成，協(xié)同動作PLC控制。
本設(shè)備主要用來加工冷軋?zhí)间摼戆濉⒉讳P鋼卷板及有色金屬卷板等，可以根據(jù)客戶的需求和工件加工的需要，選用六重式、四重式或二重式校平主機。
根據(jù)客戶要求，校平可采用初、精兩級校平機校平；定長送剪可采用普通機械電器協(xié)同動作、數(shù)字變頻技術(shù) 或交流伺服技術(shù)；剪板機可配用普通機械、液壓機型，電磁離合器、氣動離合器傳遞動力的高速閘式剪板機，移動跟蹤的追剪以及回轉(zhuǎn)式飛剪機。配套相關(guān)成型機床可作更大范圍功能延伸。 |
